Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products and Services
Consumer Users dissatisfied with the product have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the contract’s conclusion. Notify us at info@fameupwizard.com. Upon correct withdrawal, refunds will be processed within 14 days in the original payment method.
For digital products, withdrawal is forfeited if the download begins with express agreement. For service requests, withdrawal is forfeited after service completion if it began with express agreement or if the user initiated service during the withdrawal period. If withdrawal occurs before service completion, a proportional payment is required (Consumer Code, art. 57, para. 3).
Withdrawal from a subscribed subscription doesn’t refund amounts for used/supplied products.
Exclusion of Withdrawal
Withdrawal is excluded for:
- Made-to-measure or personalized products.
In exclusion cases, we return purchased products, with shipping costs borne by the user.
